This week’s adventure food is lamb chops! My boys have never had lamb, and I’m so excited to see what they think of the unique flavor paired with a light and herby mint chimichurri.
Monday
Dinner: Grilled Halibut & Strawberry Guacamole from Cook at Home Mom served with steamed broccoli and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Tuesday
Dinner: Whole30 Chicken Salad from Clean Foodie Cravings served in lettuce wraps or tortillas.
Wednesday
Dinner: Broiled Lamb Chops with Mint Chimichurri from Cotter Crunch served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes and roasted green beans.
Thursday
Dinner: Whole30 + Keto Pesto Shrimp Kabobs from Tastes Lovely served over zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.
Friday
Dinner: Healthy Slow Cooker Beef Tips from Bake it Paleo served with cauliflower mash or mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms.
