This week’s adventure food is picadillo! A traditional Latin American dish, it’s full of unique ingredients and flavors I think the boys will love!

Monday

Dinner: Easy Sweet Chili Salmon from The Big Man’s World served with roasted green beans and rosemary garlic roasted potatoes.

Tuesday

Dinner: Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken Drumsticks from Tastes Lovely served with Cauliflower Kale Detox Salad and baked fries.

Wednesday

Dinner: Slow Cooker Picadillo from The Real Food Dietitians served with fried plantains and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.

Thursday

Dinner: Paleo Zucchini Pasta with Spicy Shrimp Marinara from Paleo Running Momma served with regular pasta noodles for the boys.

Friday

Dinner: Whole30 Italian Stuffed Peppers from The Healthy Consultant served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
