Meal Plan: April 18th
This week’s adventure food is picadillo! A traditional Latin American dish, it’s full of unique ingredients and flavors I think the boys will love!
Dinner: Slow Cooker Picadillo from The Real Food Dietitians served with fried plantains and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Paleo Zucchini Pasta with Spicy Shrimp Marinara from Paleo Running Momma served with regular pasta noodles for the boys.
Dinner: Whole30 Italian Stuffed Peppers from The Healthy Consultant served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
