This week’s adventure food is Whole30/Paleo Pureed Cauliflower with Shrimp/Scallops and Mango Salsa! Full of unique tastes and textures, this dish will be a fun introduction to African cuisine for the boys!
Monday
Dinner: Whole30/Paleo Pureed Cauliflower with Shrimp/Scallops and Mango Salsa from This African Cooks served with mashed potatoes instead of cauliflower for the boys.
Tuesday
Dinner: Instant Pot Summer Italian Chicken from Nom Nom Paleo served over spaghetti squash or spaghetti noodles.
Wednesday
Dinner: Orange Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin from A Healthy Life for Me served with baked potatoes and roasted carrots.
Thursday
Dinner: Paleo Coconut Crusted Fish Tacos with Honey Mustard Sauce from Paleo Gluten Free.
Friday
Dinner: Jalapeño Ranch Turkey Burgers from Eat the Gains served with patatas bravas and roasted green beans.
