Meal Plan: April 27th

The weather is starting to warm, and we are beginning to find our quarantine rhythm, if that's a thing? We are all home now, and I feel like I am preparing meals and snacks just about all the time, I have done my best to keep this week's meal simple. I'm sure you won't mind.  😉

This week’s adventure food: cauliflower grits

Dinner: The Juiciest Grilled Chicken Kabobs by Gimme Some Oven I CANNOT stress enough just how delicious these kabobs are- one of our go-to summer meals. I will serve with glazed carrots and roasted potatoes


Dinner: Whole30 + Keto Mini Meatloaf by Tastes Lovely served with mashed potatoes and broccoli


Dinner: Whole30 Shrimp and Cauliflower Grits by The Food Network served with wilted spinach and dinner rolls (omit for Whole30)


Dinner: Turkey Burgers with all the fixings and served with a house salad and Alexia crinkle fries. I will be using burgers I purchased at Costco, that are Whole30 compliant. If you don't have any on hand, check out my recipe for Perfect Beef Burgers!

Take-Out Friday

Dinner: Paleo Shrimp Pad Thai from What Great Grandma Ate Jean recently wrote a cookbook, and I will be making her Gochujang Shrimp Tacos (page 139-140), but I have linked the Pad Thai just in case you don't have her AMAZING cookbook.
