This week’s adventure food is Mediterranean Chicken Bowls! Filled with fresh herbs and a creamy tahini sauce, they’re loaded with classic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine I know the boys are going to love!

Monday

Dinner: Jerk Shrimp Stew with Cauliflower Rice from Food Faith Fitness served with brown Basmati rice for the boys.

Tuesday

Dinner: Whole30 Mediterranean Chicken Bowls with Creamy Tahini Sauce from Nyssa’s Kitchen served with a side salad and couscous or cauliflower rice.

Wednesday

Dinner: Beef Taco Casserole from Eat the Gains.

Thursday

Dinner: Garlic Orange Glazed Salmon from Real Food with Jessica served with roasted asparagus and Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.

Friday

Dinner: Instant Pot Chicken Tinga from Wholesomelicious served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
