Meal Plan: April 5th
This week’s adventure food includes Pork Dumplings! Served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce, this recipe combines unique flavors into fun bites I think my boys will love!
Dinner: Pan Seared Whole30 Scallops with Lemon Garlic Ghee from What Grandma Ate served with roasted asparagus and cauliflower mashed potatoes or traditional mashed potatoes.
Dinner: One Pan Creamy Garlic Chicken from the Movement Menu served over zucchini noodles or brown basmati rice.
Dinner: Whole30 Pork and Pineapple Bowls with Plantains, Coconut Cauliflower Rice, and Avocado Lime Mousse from 40 Aprons served deconstructed with a brown basmati rice option.
Dinner: Pork Dumpling Meatballs from A Dash of Dolly served with steamed green beans and cauliflower rice or brown basmati rice.
