Rolling into week three of my August Whole30, and tiger blood is looming, I just know it! Quarantine, and all that sourdough and extra treats had me a little more sluggish and "fluffier" than usual. I think that's why it's taking me a little longer to reset.
This week is a little different than usual, we are planning a staycation, as I think we're all feeling the effects of how different this summer really is. So, with that in mind, I am keeping the meals simple, and plan to use the grill a bunch.
This week’s adventure food: coleslaw The boys are not huge cabbage fans, but they still need to at least try when it's offered
Dinner: This is my middle guy's favorite! If you ask him what his favorite food is, he will always say, soup! I love that about him. And despite the August heat, I'm making him Dairy Free Broccoli Cheese and Potato Soup by Mary's Whole Life I will serve with dinner rolls (omit if Whole30 or Paleo), and a Easy-Peasy House Salad
