This week’s adventure food is Simple Seared Ahi Tuna! Similar to sushi but not quite raw, it’s a delicious flavor combination and presents a unique mouthfeel. Fingers crossed the boys love it as much as I do!

Monday

Dinner: Try this Simple Seared Ahi Tuna recipe from The Wooden Skillet served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice with Satuéed Baby Bok Choy.

Tuesday

Dinner: Bacon Pineapple Chicken Kebabs from Delicious Meets Healthy served with Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes.

Wednesday

Dinner: Whole30 Steak and Vegetable Skillet: One Pan Meal from Whole Kitchen Sink.

Thursday

Dinner: Scallop Scampi with Zucchini Noodles from Eat Beautiful served with pasta noodles for the boys.

Friday

Dinner: Whole30 + Keto Instant Pot BBQ Ribs from Tastes Lovely served with Perfect Roasted Green Beans and baked fries.
