This week’s adventure food is Simple Seared Ahi Tuna! Similar to sushi but not quite raw, it’s a delicious flavor combination and presents a unique mouthfeel. Fingers crossed the boys love it as much as I do!


Dinner: Try this Simple Seared Ahi Tuna recipe from The Wooden Skillet served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice with Satuéed Baby Bok Choy.
