This week’s adventure food is Simple Seared Ahi Tuna! Similar to sushi but not quite raw, it’s a delicious flavor combination and presents a unique mouthfeel. Fingers crossed the boys love it as much as I do!
Dinner: Whole30 Steak and Vegetable Skillet: One Pan Meal from Whole Kitchen Sink.
Dinner: Scallop Scampi with Zucchini Noodles from Eat Beautiful served with pasta noodles for the boys.
