This week’s adventure food is Thai Coconut Crab Zucchini Noodle Bowls! A unique combination of seafood and Thai flavors, it’s a lightened-up version of pasta full of flavor and spice. I can’t wait to see what the boys think!
Dinner: Thai Coconut Crab Zucchini Pasta Bowls from Delightful Mom Food served with pasta noodles for the boys.
Dinner: Chicken Shawarma from Chew Out Loud served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and sautéed mushrooms.
Dinner: Easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites from All the Healthy Things served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice with satuéed bell peppers.
