Meal Plan: December 13th
This week’s adventure food is Ginger Turmeric Roasted Fish! My boys have been introduced to these spices but only in the form of curry and stews. I’m interested to see how they like them in a bit of a bolder way!
Dinner: Ginger Turmeric Roasted Fish from Kate Cooks served over zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.
Dinner: Stuffed Butternut Squash with Beef & Kale from Eat the Gains.
Dinner: Instant Pot Lemon Pepper Salmon from Wholesomelicious with steamed mixed vegetables and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Whole30 Dinner Tacos with Mango Lime Salsa from Paleo Gluten Free Eats served in lettuce wraps or tortilla shells.
