We’ve somehow managed to land in December? Despite a conscious effort not to get too busy this time of year, its seems inevitable. So, I am working hard to go bed early and eat as well and whole as I can. I am also starting to do a little planning for my January Whole30. Anyone else planning on participating?

Tuesday: Paleo Pot Pies by The Defined Dish Roger has always been a lover of pot pies, so when I saw Alex’s new recipe, I knew we had to try it! I will serve with a simple house salad, and some fruit for the kids
Wednesday: We’re out for Roger’s birthday dinner, so no cooking demo. However, I will be making easy tacos with ground beef for the boys (and my parents who are babysitting). Served with chopped romaine, salsa, guacamole
Thursday: Whole30 Dairy Free Broccoli Cheese and Potato Soup by Mary’s Whole Life We had Mary’s pot pie soup last week, and it was DELICIOUS! I knew I wanted to try another one of her soup recipes. I will serve with a house salad and dinner rolls
Take-Out Friday: Whole30 Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies and Garlic Sauce by Paleo Running Momma served with brown rice for the boys and cauliflower rice for myself
