This week’s adventure food is Korean BBQ Chicken! Slightly sweet, a little smokey, and completely delicious, this a chicken recipe, unlike anything my boys have ever tasted before!
Monday
Dinner: Keto Lobster Scampi “Pasta” from Healthy Little Peach served with hearts of palm noodles or regular angel hair noodles and an Easy-Peasy House Salad.
Tuesday
Dinner: Garlic Mushroom & Bacon Chicken Thighs from Every Last Bite served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.
Wednesday
Dinner: French Onion Pork Chops Skillet from Cook at Home Mom served with roasted green beans and cauliflower mash or mashed potatoes.
Thursday
Dinner: Fish Taco Bowls from Thyme and Joy served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Friday
Dinner: Korean BBQ Chicken from The Real Simple Good served with steamed broccoli and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
