Meal Plan: Feb 21st

This week’s adventure food is Thai Basil Chicken! While my boys have had Thai flavors, their experience doesn’t extend much beyond Pad Thai. So, I’m excited to see what they think of the unique flavors of basil chicken!


Dinner: Halibut Piccata from The Defined Dish served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes and roasted asparagus.


Dinner: One Pan Creamy Garlic Chicken from The Movement Menu served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.


Dinner: Whole30 Steak Marsala from Little Bits of Real Food served with roasted green beans and mashed cauliflower or regular mashed potatoes.


Dinner: Red Curry Shrimp from The Delicious Antidote served with zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles and an Easy-Peasy House Salad.


Dinner: Thai Basil Chicken Stir Fry from Get Inspired Everyday served with steamed broccoli and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
