This week’s adventure food is Veracruz Style Fish! Bursting with tomato flavor and spices, it’s unlike anything my boys have ever had before!

Monday

Dinner: Veracruz Style Fish Skillet from Real Simple Good served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.

Tuesday

Dinner: Broiled Chicken Thighs with Artichokes and Garlic by Avocado Pesto served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.

Wednesday

Dinner: Asian Pork Meatball Bowls from Mary’s Whole Life served over carrot “noodles” or soba noodles.

Thursday

Dinner: Crispy Teriyaki Glazed Salmon from Shuangy’s Kitchen served with cucumber salad and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.

Friday

Dinner: Sheet Pan Nachos from Prepare and Nourish served with bell pepper “chips,” grain-free chips, or regular tortilla chips.
