Meal Plan: Feb 7th
This week’s adventure food is One Pan Mediterranean Cod! While my boys are used to fish, they’ve rarely had it smothered in such flavorful sauces. The unique texture and fresh herbs will be a fun tasting experience!
Dinner: One Pan Mediterranean Cod from Every Last Bite served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Beef Tips and Gravy from Healthy Little Peach served with steamed carrots and cauliflower mash or mashed potatoes.
Dinner: Spicy Shrimp Pasta with Marinara Sauce from Nom Nom Paleo served over zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.
Dinner: Paleo & Whole30 Korean Steak Bites from What Great Grandma Ate served with roasted broccoli and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
