This week’s adventure food: Jambalaya! A rice dish with West African, French, and Spanish flavors, this Creole recipe is warm, comforting, and has a taste of everything! The real questions is, will my kids like it? Only time will tell!

Monday

Dinner: Pan Seared Salmon served with brown basmati rice (omit for Paleo), cauliflower rice, and green beans for a delicious, healthy vegetable.

Tuesday

Creamy Whole30 Smothered Pork Chops
