Meal Plan: Jan 17th
This week’s adventure food is Cajun Smothered Pork Chops! I can’t wait to see what the boys think of the unique, spicy flavors.
Dinner: Whole30 Cajun Shrimp with Garlic Aioli from Nyssa’s Kitchen served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and steamed broccoli.
Dinner: Mexican Tuna Steak with Avocado Salsa and Red Peppers from Irena Macri served in lettuce wraps or tortillas.
Dinner: Whole30 Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry from Shuangy’s Kitchen Sink served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
