This week’s adventure food is Delicata Squash with Caramelized Onion, Beef & Bacon Stuffing! A seasonal vegetable, my boys have never tried delicata squash, and I’m excited to see what they think of the unique sweet flavor!
Monday
Dinner: Whole30 Tuna Melt from Jessica Eats served on bread for the boys with baked fries.
Tuesday
Dinner: Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole from Every Last Bite served with Perfect Popovers.
Wednesday
Dinner: Delicata Squash with Caramelized Onion, Beef & Bacon Stuffing from The Paleo Running Momma.
Thursday
Dinner: Creamy Garlic Scallops from Healthy Little Peach served with mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower and asparagus.
Friday
Dinner: Flank Steak BLT with NO Bun from Cook At Home Mom served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes and steamed broccoli.
