This week’s adventure food is Sun Dried Tomato Shrimp! While shrimp are not new to my boys, they’ve never experienced the savory flavor of sun-dried tomatoes. Paired with mushrooms and rice, I think they’re going to love it!

Monday

Dinner: Sun Dried Tomato Shrimp from Bites of Wellness served with sautéed mushrooms and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.

Tuesday

Dinner: Bacon Wrapped Chicken from Nyssa’s Kitchen served with roasted asparagus and Whole30 Patatas Bravas.

Wednesday

Dinner: French Onion Pork Chops from Cook at Home Mom served with steamed green beans and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.

Thursday

Dinner: Healthy Baked Fish Nuggets from The Wooden Skillet served with steamed broccoli and baked sweet potato fries.

Friday

Dinner: Whole30 Sushi Burrito from Mad about Food.
