Meal Plan: July 19th

This week’s adventure food is Korean Steak Bites! Made with a unique combination of coconut aminos, sesame oil, dates, ginger, and gochugaru, each bite is an explosion of flavor. I think it’ll be a super tasty way to further expand my boys’ palettes with sweet and savory flavors.


Dinner: Dijon Almond Crusted Tilapia from Running to the Kitchen served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes and steamed green beans.


Dinner: Whole30 Spanish Chicken and Cauliflower Rice from Paleo Gluten Free served over brown Basmati rice for my boys.


Dinner: Paleo & Whole30 Korean Steak Bites from What Great Grandma Ate served with Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes and sautéed bok choy.


Dinner: Creamy Skillet Whole30 Salmon from Whole Kitchen Sink served over zucchini noodles or fettuccine noodles and an Easy-Peasy House Salad.


Dinner: Whole30 Chinese Orange Chicken from The Defined Dish served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and roasted broccoli.
