This week’s adventure food is Schnitzel! A Whole30 take on a traditional German recipe, I know my boys will love the comforting flavor of breaded pork chops.

Monday

Dinner: One Pan Blackened Cod, Sweet Potatoes, and Zucchini from Slender Kitchen

Tuesday

Dinner: Whole30 Creamy Mushroom & Bacon Chicken Skillet from Healthy Little Peach served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice with Perfect Roasted Green Beans.

Wednesday

Dinner: Whole30 Pork Chops (Schnitzel) from My Delicious Meals served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes and roasted carrots.

Thursday

Whole30 shrimp tacos with avocado crema served in jicama wraps

Dinner: Whole30 Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema from No Crumbs Left served in jicama wraps or corn tortillas.

Friday

sweet and sticky pork meatballs

Dinner: Sweet and Sticky Pork Meatballs from All the Healthy Things served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice with Sautéed Baby Bok Choy.
