Hi, hi! We are knee deep into July, and it seems as the hot summer days continue, I need the easiest meals possible, please and thank you. Also of note, I am in a recipe rut. I find myself circling back to family favorites, which isn't entirely a problem, but I did try add a few new recipes in an effort get myself excited about being in the kitchen. It's always a good idea to have something to look forward to!

This week’s adventure food: lamb burgers

Dinner: Foolproof Salmon served with a simple avocado salsa and brown basmati rice (omit if Whole30 or serve with cauliflower rice)

Dinner: Whole30 Ground Beef Burrito Bowls by Tastes Lovely  This is so incredibly easy to prepare, and packed with flavor!

Dinner: Whole30 Greek Burgers by Primal Gourmet The boys have only had lamb once before, and honestly, Roger isn't the biggest fan, but these looked so delicious I just had to give them a try. I will serve with the Defined Dish Greek Style Potatoes

Dinner: Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles by Eat Well 101 served with gluten free pasta for the kids (and husband ;)) and a house salad
