Meal Plan: June 14th
This week’s adventure food is One Pan Mediterranean Cod! Made with a flavorful tomato sauce, this dish is made with traditional Mediterranean flavors. Creamy, healthy, and delicious, I can’t wait for my boys to try it!
Dinner: Mexican Ground Beef Skillet from Hot Pan Kitchen served stuffed in baked sweet potatoes.
Dinner: One Pan Mediterranean Cod from Every Last Bite served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Whole30 Sushi – Spicy Salmon Roll from 40 Aprons served with seaweed salad and a side salad for my boys.
