Meal Plan: June 21st
This week’s adventure food is Chicken Yakitori! Made with tangy, savory flavors, and just a hint of sweetness, I think this recipe will delight my boy’s tastebuds.
Dinner: Blackened Cajun Tilapia with Avocado and Tomato Salsa from Healthy Little Peach served with steamed broccoli over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner:Whole30 Lemon Chicken and Squash Skillet from Whole Kitchen Sink served with Smashed Potatoes.
Dinner: Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp Bowls from Mary’s Whole Life served over zucchini noodles or rice noodles for my boys.
Dinner: Paleo Chicken Yakitori (aka Japanese Chicken Skewers) from What Great Grandma Ate served with sauteed bell peppers over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Egg Roll in a Bowl from 40 Aprons served as is or stuffed in wonton wrappers.
