This week’s adventure food is Chinese Steamed Cod Fish with Ginger Scallion Sauce! A lovely combination of light flavors, and tangy ginger, it’s a unique Asian-inspired dish I think the boys will love.

Monday

Dinner: Chinese Steamed Cod Fish with Ginger Scallion Sauce from I Heart Umami served with smashed potatoes and broccolini.

Tuesday

Dinner: Whole30 Chicken”Parm” from Whole Kitchen Sink served over zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.

Wednesday

Dinner: Sheet Pan Crispy Vegetable Noodles and Pork from The Real Simple Good served with lo mein noodles for the boys.

Thursday

Dinner: Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa from The Cookie Rookie served with Whole30 mashed potatoes or cauliflower mash and grilled zucchini.

Friday

Dinner: Dynamite Shrimp Sushi Bowl from Every Last Bite served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice,
