This week’s adventure food is Cajun Smothered Pork Chops! Made with spicy Cajun seasonings, the heat and flavor will be a new introduction to my boys along with the unique mouthfeel of smothered dishes. I think they’ll be a hit!

Monday

Dinner: Shrimp and Scallop Buddha Bowl from Oh Snap Let’s Eat served with brown Basmati rice for my boys.

Tuesday

Dinner: Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry with Squash from I Heart Umami served with zucchini or spaghetti noodles.

Wednesday

Dinner: Cajun Smothered Pork Chops from Organically Addison served with mashed potatoes or cauliflower mashed potatoes.

Thursday

Dinner: Skillet Tilapia with Tomatoes from Seasonal Cravings served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.

Friday

Dinner: Instant Pot Low Carb BBQ Chicken from Skinny Fitalicious served with over cauliflower rice or in a bun with grilled zucchini.
