Summer is in full swing. The boys are officially done with school, and outside time is how I plan to spend most of our days. Unfortunately, the pools, parks, and summer camps are not open, but backyard hangs, bike rides, and the play room are open for business! Ha!

I feel like I am still recovering from all the extra indulgences that happened during shelter in place, eek! But I am determined to find my rhythm, again, while keeping it simple- having all three kids home all day every day is no joke! LOL

This week’s adventure food: salmon burgers. They eat salmon almost weekly, but new ways of preparing even their favorite foods take some adjusting
