This week’s adventure food is seared Mahi Mahi with Strawberry Salsa! The boys love fish but have never had it with fruit salsa. I can’t wait to see what they think of the sweet and spicy flavors!
Monday
Dinner: Seared Mahi Mahi with Strawberry Salsa from A Life of Happenstance served with roasted asparagus and Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.
Tuesday
Dinner: Mexican Chicken Soup from Every Last Bite served with Whole30 tortilla chips.
Wednesday
Dinner: Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Sweet Potato Buns from Little Bits of Real Food served with roasted green beans and regular buns for the boys.
Thursday
Dinner: Paleo Coconut Shrimp with Orange Sauce from The Banana Diaries served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and sauteed zucchini.
Friday
Dinner: Whole30 Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo from Eat the Gains served with regular pasta for the boys.
