March 15th meal plan

This week’s adventure food is Tandoori Fish! Most commonly, tandoori recipes use chicken as the protein source. However, made with traditional Indian spices and yogurt sauce, this recipe uses the same components for a fun way to introduce my boys to other cultures and flavors.


Dinner: Whole30 Bang Bang Shrimp from 40 Aprons served over lettuce or brown basmati rice with steamed broccoli.


Dinner: Whole30 Chicken Piccata from Mary’s Whole Life served with sautéed zucchini and Smashed Potatoes.


Dinner: Paleo Beef Stroganoff from The Roasted Root with cauliflower mashed potatoes or traditional mashed potatoes and an Easy-Peasy House Salad.


Dinner: Tandoori Fish from Nom Nom Paleo served with cauliflower rice or brown basmati rice and roasted mixed vegetables.


Dinner: Whole30 Pizza with Chicken, Bacon, & Ranch from Eat the Gains served with a side salad.
