This week’s adventure food is Salmon with Spring Pea and Lemon Cream Sauce! Crispy, flaky, and bursting with citrus flavor, this dish is a mixture of taste and textures!
Monday
Dinner: Whole30 Salmon with Spring Pea and Lemon Cream Sauce from The Mindful Hapa served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Tuesday
Dinner: Crispy Chicken with Spring Veggies from Heal Me Delicious served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.
Wednesday
Dinner: Whole30 Peppered Steak Stir-Fry from The Defined Dish served with zucchini noodles or Lo Mein noodles.
Thursday
Dinner: Paleo Spring Rolls with “Peanut” Sauce from What Great Grandma Ate served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Friday
Dinner: Stuffed Bacon Burgers from Whole Kitchen Sink served steamed broccoli and baked fries.
