Whole30 Meal Plan

This week’s adventure food is Brazilian Fish Soup! Made with coconut milk, fresh veggies, and plantains this recipe will introduce a wide variety of flavors and textures into my boys’ palet. I’m so excited to see how they like it!

Monday

Dinner: Whole30 Brazilian Fish Stew (Moqueca) from Do You Even Paleo? served with naan bread for dipping.

Tuesday

Dinner: Spicy Pineapple Chicken from The Bettered Blondie served with brown basmati rice or cauliflower rice.

Wednesday

Dinner: Instant Pot Barbacoa Beef from The Primitive Palate served with crunchy mixed greens or in tortilla shells.

Thursday

Dinner: Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Noodles from Wholesomelicious served with Perfect Popovers.

Friday

Dinner: Chicken Pad Thai from Shuangy’s Kitchen Sink served with brown basmati rice on the side to make deconstructed bowls for my boys.
