This week’s adventure food is Paleo Paella! Made with heavy notes of saffron, its taste and texture are unlike anything the boys have ever tried before!

Monday

Dinner: Paleo Paella from Food By Mars made with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice served with Sautéed Baby Bok Choy.

Tuesday

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breasts with Jalapeño Peach Salsa from Physical Kitchness served with Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes and sautéed squash.

Wednesday

Dinner: Grilled Cilantro Lime Pork Tenderloin from Wholesomelicious served with cauliflower mashed potatoes or regular mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Thursday

Dinner: Smoked Salmon Zucchini Noodles Salad from Cotter Crunch served with regular pasta noodles for the boys.

Friday

Dinner: Whole30 Spicy Salmon Roll from 40 Aprons made with cauliflower rice or regular sushi rice.
