This week’s adventure food is lettuce wraps! While this may not sound too adventurous, when you prefer a corn tortilla, it might be a little different in term of taste and texture.
Dinner: Hibachi Shrimp Veggie Pasta from Healthy Little Peach served deconstructed and with Udon noodles for my boys.
Dinner: Firecracker Chicken from A Spicy Perspective served with cauliflower rice or brown basmati rice and steamed broccoli.
Dinner: One-Skillet Pork Chops with Apples from Paleo Running Momma served with Smashed Potatoes and an Easy-Peasy House Salad.
Dinner: Pan-Seared Cod with Lemon Caper Sauce from Food By Mars served with cauliflower rice or brown basmati rice and steamed green beans.
Dinner: Healthy Lettuce Wraps – PF Chang’s Recipe from 40 Aprons served with optional corn tortillas.
