Whole30 Meal Plan

This week’s adventure food is crab cakes. Admittedly, my boys have tried crab, and obviously, they love cake (It’s basically the same, right?). So, I’m confident they will not only be eager to try this classic seafood recipe but will absolutely love it!

Monday

Dinner: Whole30 + Keto Maryland Crab Cakes from Mary’s Whole Life served with brown basmati rice, cauliflower rice, and steamed broccoli.

Tuesday

Dinner: Sheetpan Lemon Chicken Dinner from The Whole Cook served with Perfect Popovers.

Wednesday

Dinner: Paleo Whole30 Pork Chops with Herbed Butter from Real Food with Jessica served with Smashed Potatoes and a side salad.

Thursday

Dinner: Thai Yellow Curry with Prawns from Danielle Walker’s Against the Grain served with brown basmati rice and cauliflower rice.

Friday

Dinner: Crispy Baked Ranch Chicken Wings by All the Healthy Things served with baked french fries, carrots, potatoes, and Ranch for dipping.
