This week’s adventure food is swordfish! My boys don’t typically turn down fish of any kind. So, I’m pretty confident they’re going to love it!
Monday
Dinner: Superfood Baked Salmon from Cotter Crunch served with roasted Brussels’ sprouts and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Tuesday
Dinner: Pressure Cooker Chicken Puttanesca from Noshtastic served over zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles with a mixed greens salad.
Wednesday
Dinner: Grilled Steak Kebabs from The Real Food Dietitians served with patatas bravas.
Thursday
Dinner: Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Lemon Oregano Marinade from Simply Recipes served with steamed broccoli and whole30 smashed potatoes.
Friday
Dinner: Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala from Mary’s Whole Life served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and roasted green beans.
