This week’s adventure food is pork tacos! Not your typical beef and tortilla recipes, this version is made with a fresh slaw for a unique taste and texture I’m excited for the whole family to try!
Monday
Dinner: Air Fryer Fish Nuggets from Mad About Food served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes and roasted carrots.
Tuesday
Dinner: Firecracker Chicken Recipe from A Spicy Perspective served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and steamed broccoli.
Wednesday
Dinner: Ground Pork Tacos from Hot Pan Kitchen served in Paleo tortillas or lettuce wraps.
Thursday
Dinner: Ginger Teriyaki Whole30 Shrimp from Paleo Scaleo served with zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.
Friday
Dinner: Jalapeno Popper Burgers from Cook by Color Nutrition served with baked sweet potato fries and roasted zucchini.
