Meal Plan: May 24th
This week’s adventure food is Curry Salmon Cakes! While my boys have been introduced to Indian cuisines, their experience has been limited to chicken dishes. Given that Curry is such a warm and flavorful spice, I’m super excited to see how they like this recipe.
Dinner: Whole30 Curry Salmon Cakes from Eat the Gains served with baked potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Dinner: Chicken Bacon Collard Green Wrap from The Wooden Skillet served with sweet potato fries.
Dinner: Sweet Ginger Pork Stir-Fry from I Heart Umami served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Garlic Mango Shrimp Skewers from The Castaway Kitchen served with grilled zucchini and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Whole30 Hawaiian Poke Bowl from The Movement Menu served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
