This week’s adventure food is Thai Coconut Curry Meatballs! My boys love Thai flavors. So, I’m excited to see what they think of all the spices packed into tasty meatballs!
Monday
Dinner: Tomato Basil Cod with Asparagus from Real Simple Good served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Tuesday
Dinner: Crispy One-Pan Bacon Wrapped Chicken from Paleo Running Momma served with roasted asparagus and Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.
Wednesday
Dinner: Instant Pot Thai Coconut Curry Meatballs from What Great Grandma Ate served with steamed green beans and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Thursday
Dinner: Spicy Shrimp Pasta with Marinara Sauce from Nom Nom Paleo served over zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.
Friday
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Tenders from Eat the Gains served with baked fries and a mixed greens salad.
