This week’s adventure food is Beef Stroganoff! It’s such a classic comfort food, I can’t wait to see how it tastes lightened-up just a bit!
Monday
Dinner: Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Bowls from The Real Simple Good served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Tuesday
Dinner: Whole30 Pesto Chicken Zoodles from The Clean Eating Couple served with zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.
Wednesday
Dinner: Instant Pot Paleo Ground Beef Stroganoff from Paleo Grubs served over cauliflower mash or regular mashed potatoes with roasted carrots on the side.
Thursday
Dinner: Whole30 Shrimp Boil with Potatoes, Sausage, and Garlic Ghee from 40 Aprons served with roasted asparagus.
Friday
Dinner: Whole30 Chicken Pad Thai from the Movement Menu served with zucchini noodles or rice noodles.
