This week’s adventure food is a California Hand Roll. Made with cooked crab meat it’s a gentle introduction to sushi and packed full of vegetables for a nutritious meal!

Monday

Dinner: California Hand Roll from Nom Nom Paleo served with seaweed salad or an Easy-Peasy House Salad for my boys.

Tuesday

Dinner: Mongolian Chicken from The Defined Dish served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.

Wednesday

Dinner: Whole30 Compliant Beef and Blistered Green Beans from Country Cleaver served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.

Thursday

Dinner: Whole30 Blackened Shrimp Tacos from JZ Eats served in lettuce wraps or tortilla shells.

Friday

Dinner: Paleo Popcorn Chicken from Eat the Gains served with Whole30 Smashed Potatoes and roasted asparagus.
