There are so many unique flavors in this week’s meal plan to help expand my boys’ palates! However, while they’ve had bits and pieces of each meal, Pork Souvlaki is our main adventure food for the week. Packed with veggies and full of flavor, it’s a delicious introduction to Greek food!
Dinner: Coconut Lime Chicken from A Saucy Kitchen served with steamed broccoli and cauliflower or brown Basmati rice.
Dinner: Whole30 Pork Souvlaki from From Pasta to Paleo served with mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower and roasted vegetables.
Dinner: 30 Minute Scallops with a Radish Salad and Asparagus from Nyssa’s Kitchen served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and Perfect Popovers.
Dinner: Hibachi Shrimp Veggie Pasta from Healthy Little Peach served deconstructed with regular pasta for my boys and a side salad.
