Meal Plan: November 15th
This week’s adventure food is Cajun Shrimp Cauliflower Rice! The unique cajun flavors are balanced out by subtle cauliflower rice for a super tasty comfort food dinner that doesn’t leave you feeling sluggish. I can’t wait to see how my boys respond!
Dinner: Garlic Butter Baked Cod from Thyme and Joy served with steamed broccoli and roasted squash or potatoes.
Dinner: Chili Dusted Chicken & Sweet Potato Noodles with Avocado Sauce from Eat the Gains served with regular noodles for the boys and an Easy-Peasy Side Salad.
Dinner: Cajun Shrimp Cauliflower Rice from Garden in the Kitchen made with brown Basmati rice for the boys.
Dinner: Paleo Chicken Quesadillas from Paleo Running Momma served with guacamole and salsa.
