This week’s adventure food is Chimichurri Shrimp! An Argentinian recipe, the flavors of chimichurri will be a completely new experience for my boys, and I can’t wait to see how they like it!
Monday
Dinner: Whole30 + Keto Chimichurri Shrimp from Tastes Lovely served with cauliflower risotto or regular risotto and an Easy-Peasy House Salad.
Tuesday
Dinner: Whole30 Cranberry Chicken from 40 Aprons served with mashed cauliflower or mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Wednesday
Dinner: Winter Steak Salad from Thriving on Paleo served with Paleo Butternut Squash Soup and Perfect Popovers.
Thursday
Dinner: Pecan-Crusted Salmon from Texanerian Baking served with cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice and steamed broccoli.
Friday
Dinner: Loaded Hamburgers with Special Sauce from Every Last Bite served with baked fries.
