This week’s adventure food is Firecracker Chicken! This recipe is just a bit spicier than my boys’ tastebuds are used to, and I’m interested to see what they think of the heat when paired with one of their favorite foods.

Monday

Dinner: Ultimate Dairy-Free Chunky Seafood Chowder from The Wooden Skillet served with Perfect Popovers.

Tuesday

Dinner: Firecracker Chicken Recipe from A Spicy Perspective served with sugar snap peas and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice

Wednesday

Dinner: Slow Cooker Pork Roast & Vegetables from Wholekitchensink.

Thursday

Dinner: Crispy Coconut Pan-Fried Salmon from Raia’s Recipes served with green beans and Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.

Friday

Dinner: Easy Paleo Taco Casserole from The Healthy Consultant.
