This week’s adventure food is Mediterranean Shrimp! With healthy fats and roasted veggies, this recipe is full of flavor for a healthy meal I know the boys will love!
Monday
Dinner: Seafood Stir Fry from The Real Simple Good Life served over zucchini noodles or regular noodles for the boys.
Tuesday
Dinner: Whole30 Orange Chicken from Organically Addison served with steamed broccoli and cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Wednesday
Dinner: Creamy & Smoky Chipotle Pork Chops from Wholesomelicious served with roasted carrots and Whole30 Smashed Potatoes.
Thursday
Dinner: Sheet-Pan Mediterranean Shrimp from Garden in the Kitchen served over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
Friday
Dinner: Instant Pot BBQ Chicken from The Paleo Running Momma served on buns for the boys with a Mixed Greens Salad and baked fries.
