This week’s adventure food is Indian Butter Chicken! A longtime takeout favorite of mine, I’m super excited to introduce the boys to the warm flavors of Indian cuisine.

Monday

Dinner: Salmon and Lemon Herb Cauliflower Rice from The Whole Smiths served with steamed broccoli and brown Basmati rice for the boys.

Tuesday

Dinner: Apple Cider Chicken Skillet from Shuangy’s Kitchen Sink served with a side salad.

Wednesday

Dinner: Dutch Oven Beef Stew from Our Salty Kitchen served with Perfect Popovers.

Thursday

Dinner: Paleo Spaghetti Squash Shrimp Scampi from Wicked Spatula served with pasta noodles for the boys.

Friday

Dinner: Whole30 Indian Butter Chicken from 40 Aprons served with sautéed spinach over cauliflower rice or brown Basmati rice.
