This week’s adventure food is Mediterranean sheet pan chicken! While my boys love chicken, and I make sheet pan meals fairly often, I have yet to introduce them to the wide array of Mediterranean flavors. I can’t wait to see what they’ll think!

Monday

Dinner: Whole30 Instant Pot Fish Chowder from All the Nourishing Things served with Easy-Peasy House Salad and Perfect Popovers.

Tuesday

Dinner: Healthy Mediterranean Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetable Dinner from Nyssa’s Kitchen.

Wednesday

Dinner: Whole30 Beef Enchilada Skillet from The Defined Dish served with tortilla shells.

Thursday

Dinner: Tuscan Garlic Shrimp from Paleo Running Mama served over zucchini noodles or regular pasta noodles.

Friday

Dinner: Whole30 Chicken Pad Thai from Shuangy’s Kitchen Sink served over rice noodles for the boys.
