Meal Plan: January 18th

I usually do my grocery shopping on Sunday, so everything is stocked for the week. One of my staples is a plain rotisserie chicken. The options for it are endless, and they are perfect for quick, on the go lunches, or super quick prep for dinner. Pro tip: shred, chop or dice the chicken just after purchasing, when it is still warm, it is a lot easier this way.

This week’s adventure food: my kids really like shrimp, but will they like it in a Gumbo?! We have a two bite rule, so we can be sure to give it our best try.

Dinner: Easy Whole30 Fish Taco Bowls by Eats the Gains I will serve with brown basmati and cauliflower lime rice, and plenty of avocado- their favorite

Dinner: Whole30 and Keto Chicken Piccata by Tastes Lovely  served with palm noodles for myself, and traditional noodles for the boys, as well as sautéed spinach



Dinner: Whole30 Instant Pot Seafood Gumbo by the Movement Menu served with brown basmati and cauliflower rice and a large Easy Peasy House Salad and dinner rolls (omit if Whole30)

Take-Out Friday

Dinner: Turkey, Green Bean and Basil Stir Fry by the Defined Dish served with cauliflower rice. This is pizza night for the boys, so they will be making a do it yourself type of thing, lol.
