Pat cod dry with a paper towel
Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl, evenly cover the fish with the mixture (reserve some for the bottom of the fish, once you flip)
Heat skillet over medium high heat, once hot, add the ghee and avocado oil. Carefully, add the fish seasoned side down, and sprinkling remaining seasonings on the unseasoned side
Sear for 4 minutes DO NOT TOUCH until the timer dings, then carefully flip using a fish spatula, searing another 4 minutes
Squeeze of fresh lime or lemon, and serve as desired
