Ingredients

eggs
hard boiled

mayonnaise

yellow mustard

paprika

tbsp
green onions
thinly sliced
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice the eggs into a small bowl, add in all the ingredients, and gently mix with a spatula
Serve as desired - I like to serve over mixed greens with an additional pinch of paprika and salt and pepper
